Hi, I'm Ellie ClARK
I help leaders strengthen teams and improve the learning that matters.
I believe schools have the knowledge they need to be better.
Not just slightly improved, but reimagined to truly support how young people learn and grow.
I became an educator to be part of that change.
What I didn’t expect was how hard change actually is.
-
My work over the last decade has focused on implementing new programs in high school (yes, we dared to touch the high school!).
Everyone on my team had great ideas.
Implementing the ideas was the challenge.
We argued.
We got defensive.
We prepared for meetings so our own ideas could “win.”As a result, change stalled.
And many great ideas never made it to the classroom.
Many schools are like this. Full of expert educators, but lacking the culture and systems to bring ideas to life.
What I learned is this - change doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from stronger energy and better conversations.
The kind that creates clarity, ownership, and momentum.
That’s the work I do now.
